The Seoul Western District Court is set to host a hearing on HYBE's request to organize a general shareholders' meeting aimed at ousting ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin.

Scheduled for 4:35 PM on April 30 KST, the court will conduct the hearing in private, adhering to the provisions outlined in the Non-Litigation Case Procedure Act.

Should the court grant approval for the shareholders' meeting, a notification will be issued to arrange an extraordinary general meeting within 15 days. During this meeting, HYBE intends to replace current directors, including CEO Min, with new appointees. The entire process is anticipated to span approximately two months.

Good, I prefer the due process of law over rumour mongering involving shamans and cults, or unfounded speculations by the uninformed.

Finally, the right way to handle this entire blown-out-of proportion mess. The party in the wrong will get their due penance. Not a lot of faith in the justice system, but at the very least, they're better-equipped to handle this than the uninvolved netizens screaming at each other in public forums such as this. Sounding like a broken record at this point, but I once again hope this situation gets resolved soon and the artists can get back to normalcy.
