UP10TION's Kuhn has been granted an early discharge from the military due to back issues.
On February 1, Kuhn took to Instagram to announce to fans why he'll be leaving his military duties. According to the UP10TION member, "I was treated in a military hospital for back pain while serving in the army. In the opinion of the military doctor, there was a problem with one of my lumbar discs, and then I was discharged from my military service."
Kuhn is reportedly suffering from a herniated lumbar disc, and he revealed his pain and mobility have improved with treatment. He stated, "For now, the pain and my mobility have improved a lot, so I live my life day by day. I'll continue to consult a spinal stenosis specialist with moderate exercise."
Kuhn enlisted for his mandatory military service in March of 2023. Stay tuned for updates.

Ouch. That's also probably a career killing injury, that's what did for Rowoon in the end (as well as the fan issues), he won't be able to dance with a herniated disc.

I hope he gets proper treatment that sorts it out permanently, disc problems are crippling, literally.
