On July 28, Kim Jaejoong held his solo show in Manila, Philippines at the Mall of Asia Arena as part of his Asia tour. A day before the event, the singer sat down with the press to answer some questions.

When asked what motivated him to start his own company, he replied that through his initiative, he can share his 20-year experience with people "and I also want to debut talented."

Jaejoong also mentioned that he wanted to give a good environment to future artists with their dreams. "There are not a lot of artists who make their own company." He said that since he already has so much experience in the industry, he thinks that his journey has helped him build his own company. 

Each of the K-Pop companies has its own challenges, and according to Jaejoong, anyone who makes their own company will definitely face difficulties. "One of the biggest challenges is having good staff, but we have good staff so it's one of the things I'm very thankful for," he said.

Jaejoong shared that he is so grateful for his fans in Asia who have waited to see him perform live as well as those who have been anticipating a new release. "I'm actually so busy right now with all my schedules, and I'm expecting to be busier. I'm also preparing for a new album."
