The actor from 'Doctor Cha' is receiving love from viewers.

As reported, the JTBC drama featuring the lead actress Uhm Jung Hwa is gaining impressive momentum with its viewer rating soaring up to 17%. Next to the lead character is her husband character Seo In Ho, played by actor Kim Byung Chul. A 'deplorable' yet rather hilarious character, Seo In Ho appears as a patriarchal father figure who secretly cheats on his wife.

Due to his brilliant acting, viewers are continually expressing their love for the actor despite the negative traits of the character. Quirky, comedic, and even lovable, the production of the drama and the characterization are attracting public attention in unconventional ways.

It has thus been revealed that the actor has been selecting only hits since appearing in the drama 'Goblin.' He has also appeared in 'SKY Castle' and 'Descendants of The Sun.' However, prior to these hits, he had worked for 18 years virtually as a nameless actor.

He debuted in 2003 through the film 'Once Upon a Time in a Battlefield' but had not been able to assume a major character of a mini-series until 2019, through 'Doctor Prisoner.'
