Na Kamden, who appeared as a contestant on Mnet's boy group competition program 'Boys Planet', finished with an overall rank of #17 on the show's final episode, which aired on April 20.
While many fans are looking forward to Na Kamden's future activities outside of 'Boys Planet', it has recently come to light the trainee's father has been active on SNS for some time since the Mnet show began. Na Kamden's father has , calling on unnecessary attention.
On April 25 KST, FNC Entertainment addressed the issues surrounding Na Kamden's father with a firm statement which read:
"Hello, this is FNC Entertainment.
We would like to deliver some words regarding the agency's trainee Na Kamden, a contestant of 'Boys Planet'.
We have confirmed that Na Kamden's father has made inappropriate and unnecessary remarks regarding Na Kamden and our agency using his personal SNS.
Na Kamden's parents are divorced, and Kamden has lived separated from his father for a long time, with his mother having full custody over him.
The agency has consistently monitored the situation and earnestly requested through Na Kamden's family that such activities be refrained since February up until now, when 'Boys Planet' has already come to an end.
However, Na Kamden's father has persisted with his actions despite being aware of the agency's repeated requests.
As a result, Na Kamden and his family has long suffered the damages caused in complete silence, and the agency has also arrived at a point when we have determined that we can no longer stay quiet on the matter.
The agency would like to clearly stress that all remarks made by Na Kamden's father via his personal SNS have no relation to Na Kamden whatsoever, and the agency plans on responding strictly to any issues arising from such activities.
We apologize to fans who love Na Kamden for causing concerns."
And thats why Kamden only said “ily mom” when he made it into top 18
