Actor Son Suk Goo is in talks to star in the new Hong Sisters' drama 'Can This Love Be Translated?'.

On April 13, SBD Entertainment confirmed Son Suk Goo received a casting offer for the upcoming drama, and he's currently in talks with an optimistic outlook. 'Can This Love Be Translated?' is a romance drama about an interpreter Cha Shin Hye who comes across a man who speaks a completely different love language. As they're polar opposites, the two constantly run into misunderstandings and become frustrated as they get lost in translation.

If cast, Son Suk Goo will play the role of top actor Joo Ho Jin, who falls in love with Cha Shin Hye.

The drama will be written by top screenwriters Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran, who are known as the Hong Sisters. The duo are known to have written dramas like 'Alchemy of Souls', 'Hotel Del Luna', 'You're Beautiful', 'My Girlfriend is a Gumiho', 'The Greatest Love', 'Master's Sun', and more.
