Hyeri, Park Se Wan, Jo Ah Ram, and more have been cast in the first Korean movie about cheerleading.
On March 6, it was reported that Hyeri, Park Se Wan, Jo Ah Ram, Choi Ji Soo, Baek Ha Yi, Kwon Yu Na, Yeom Ji Young, Lee Han Joo, and Park Hyo Eun have confirmed to be cast in the newest film titled 'Victory.'
'Victory' follows the story of a cheerleading club that was formed in 1999 at the southern tip of the country. Two friends Pil Seon (played by Hyeri) and Mina (played by Park Se Wan) are the dance duo who join the cheerleading club name 'Millennium Girls' to compete in the heated cheerleading match.
Hyeri took on the role of Pil Seon, who is a high school student who comes across cheerleading and falls immediately in love. She is expected to interpret the character in her own unique way using her bubbly and cheerful energy.
Park Se Wan takes the role of Pil Seon's best friend Mina, raising anticipation of the fantastic on-screen chemistry between the two.
Jo Ah Ram, formerly known as Hyeyeon of Gugudan, was cast as Se Hyun, a transfer student who moved to Geoje and was a cheerleader in Seoul.
