BTS's Jimin will release his solo album 'FACE' in just one day on March 24, KST. Anticipation is at a fever pitch, with the global idol's solo debut just around the corner.
To get fans prepared for Jimin's solo debut, the idol released a behind-the-scenes video of the music video filming for "Set Me Free Pt. 2," which was released on March 17 as a pre-release single.
Jimin shared with fans the process by which the music video with stunning effects was created and also shared how he prepared for his solo debut.
In particular, Jimin opened up about his struggles with weight loss for his solo debut and how difficult it has been to maintain his weight. He shared, "It's not easy keeping my weight within the 50kg (110 lbs) to 59kg (130 lbs) range, but I'm kind of getting used to it now."
Jimin shared the secret to how he was able to follow a strict diet and exercise regimen to shed some weight. He explained, "Every night, I write down what I want to eat before going to bed. Yesterday I wrote, Kalguksu, Daechang, and Ramyeon. It's been so long since I've had Tteokbokki too. Kalguksu with Kimchi sounds really amazing."

In the past, Jimin had shared that he weighed 58.6 kg (129 lbs) while standing at 174 cm (5'8.5") tall.
