BTS' Jungkook, withdrew from his personal Instagram account.
On the afternoon of February 28 KST, Jungkook said on Weverse, the official fan communication platform for BTS, "I left Instagram, I wasn't hacked. I never used it so I just deleted it. Don't worry!!"
He followed up by saying, "Hehehehehe I never used it, what could I do!? I just want to use Weverse live every once in awhile."
He then concluded by saying, "I deleted the app right away and I don't think I'll use it in the future! Letting you all know in advance!!"
With this, Jungkook left Instagram after a year and two months. All members of BTS created personal Instagram accounts on December 6, 2021. At the time, Big Hit Music had said, "We understand that he opened Instagram to express his individuality as an artist and to communicate in various ways."
After opening his personal Instagram account, Jungkook reached an impressive 50 million followers before deleting the app.
Sometimes you just need a break. He seems happy, it's all that matters😊💜
