According to insider reports on February 23, girl group A Pink will be facing contract renewals by April of this year.
A Pink, who debuted in 2011, renewed their contracts once with all 6-members in 2017, nearly a year before their contracts were actually due for renewal. In 2021, 5-members of A Pink including Chorong, Bomi, Eunji, Namjoo, and Hayoung renewed their contracts with IST Entertainment (then Play M Entertainment) for the second time, while Na-Eun left the agency in favor of YG Entertainment.
Despite leaving the group's management agency, Na-Eun remained a member of A Pink and participated in their special comeback album 'Horn' in February of 2022 while under YG. Then, in April of the same year, Na-Eun announced that she would be leaving the girl group in order to focus on her acting career while cheering on for the team as its #1 fan.
Now, the 5 remaining members of A Pink will reportedly face their third contract renewal season come this April. At the same time, the girl group has a comeback planned for that month, right around the time that the ladies plan on wrapping up their Asia fan concert tour, 'Pink Drive'.
Woah, it feels like it was just yesterday when they had last renewed, time flies.
