Character teaser posters have been released for the upcoming drama 'The Heavenly Idol'.

On January 17, tvN released character posters for the main characters played by Kim Min Kyu and Go Bo Gyul.

'The Heavenly Idol' is a fantasy romance drama adapted from a popular webnovel. The story takes place in a fantasy world with magic and mystery. The plot centers around the High Priest Rembrary who one day wakes up in the body of an unknown idol Woo Yeon-woo from a failing idol group Wild Animal. Go Bo Gyul plays Woo Yeon-woo's number one fan who becomes Wild Animal's manager to help her favorite idol who keeps insisting that he's the High Priest Rembrary.

The first teaser poster features Kim Min Kyu's photo in a top loader (like the ones usually used to hold idol photocards), with his hands gathered as if in earnest prayer.

The second one features Go Bo Gyul holding up a photocard of her favorite idol Woo Yeon-woo, and sweetly winking at the camera.

'The Heavenly Idol' will first air on February 15 at 10:30 PM KST.
