Over the past few days, different entities in music and media have been compiling end-year lists of a select few 2022 song releases in different genres, that managed to captivate the public and stood out immensely with overwhelming popularity and success on music charts throughout the year. With his first ever solo project outside of BTS and without any promotions (the OST "With You," a collaboration with Ha Sungwoon), Jimin has managed to make it onto several of these lists compiled by reputable outlets, and even topped some of them, a powerful indication of his potential and impact as a solo act!

Billboard included "With You" on its '25 Best K-pop Songs of 2022' list, and it so happened that the song was the only K-Drama OST on this list, which consisted of K-pop songs in general. As such, since no other K-Drama OST was mentioned, it can be deduced that "With You" was, therefore, the Best K-Drama OST of 2022 as per Billboard's ranking. On a different platform, Genius Korea also ranked the song #3 on its list of 'Best OSTs of 2022', whereby Jimin was the highest-ranking BTS member on this list as well.

Now on Dec 26, another reputable outlet, Rolling Stone India, also released its compilation of the '10 Best K-Drama OSTs of 2022'. What excited fans is that this new ranking concurred with Billboard's ranking as Jimin and Sungwoon's "With You" made it to the top of the list as the Best K-Drama OST of 2022!

Fans warmly received and celebrated this news, all being in consensus that "With You" indeed deserved the recognition and the praises because the artists did an amazing job in the delivery of the intended emotions and in their vocal techniques, with their voices complementing each other perfectly.

Meanwhile, "With You" surpassed 185 million streams on Spotify and 33 million streams on YouTube, extending its record as the most streamed Korean OST of 2022 on both platforms. Previously, "With You" had become the fastest song in the history of iTunes to achieve a #1 in every country that has iTunes (119 countries), making it also the first song in history to achieve an iTunes all-kill!

With this performance on such major music streaming and buying platforms, it can be seen why all these big media and music outlets are naming the song as the BEST K-Drama OST of 2022!
