Korean star brand value rankings for the month of September have been revealed.
From August 30 through September 30, the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation analyzed big data of stars in fields ranging from singers, to actors, actresses, athletes, TV personalities, and more. Star brand values analyze elements including star to consumer relationships, positive or negative reactions, media interest, etc.
For the month of September, K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK took up first place with 10,134,444 brand points total. Second place went to K-Pop boy group BTS with 7,991,418 points, while third place went to soccer player Son Heung Min with 6,992,036 points. Actor Lee Jung Jae and singer IU took up fourth and fifth places, respectively.
The top 30 Korean stars in terms of brand value rankings for September are, in order: BLACKPINK, BTS, Son Heung Min, Lee Jung Jae, IU, Lim Young Woong, Yoo Jae Suk, Girls' Generation, IVE, Park Eun Bin, TWICE, Lee Chan Won, NCT, Kang Daniel, Kim Ho Joong, NewJeans, Seventeen, Red Velvet, Baek Jong Won, Young Tak, Taeyeon, Lee Jong Suk, Lee Seung Gi, Kim Yuna, Hyun Bin, Oh My Girl, Song Ga In, Jung Woo Sung, Lee Byung Hun, and Kim Jong Min.
