South Korea's way of broadcasting the presidential election results is "Next Level"

AKP STAFF

For the past few days, South Korea has all its focus gathered on the presidential election as it has been a close battle between the Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae Myung and the opposition People Power Party candidate Yoon Suk Cheol.

With the votes from each city from South Korea continuing to rack up, all the Korean citizens tuned in to watch the real-time tally of the votes. Even overseas, international netizens have taken an interest in the South Korean presidential election vote results. This is, of course, due to the close fight between the two governing parties, but it was also because of the interesting way Korean broadcast aired the vote tally results.

The broadcast kept things interesting by using the ae technology to add the faces of all the presidential candidates on a CG video and showing them battling in various competitions such as a K-pop dance battle or the winter Olympics sports.

It seems that even the South Korean citizens were amused by this new unique broadcast but furthermore, international netizens were fascinated with the South Korean way of broadcasting the presidential election vote tally results. These international netizens took to social media such as Twitter to share these short clips and discuss this.

What do you think?

lol this is really creative and fun.. But I don't think entertainment should ever be mixed with politics. That could be dangerous as people will not take politics seriously. Kinda like what happened in the US after Trump took over.. All of a sudden politics was a total mess, and EVERYONE had an opinion, even those who knew nothing.
