On March 21, 2022, during Red Velvet's guest appearance on SBS Wendy's Youngstreet Radio, Seulgi mentioned how she liked the crown she wore on the music video of Red Velvet's recent title track, "Feel My Rhythm."

She thought it looked oddly familiar and later realized it was very similar to Taemin's crown of thorns in his teasers for Taemin's The 3rd Album Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 2, but Seulgi's was painted black.

She said she seemed to have inherited Taemin's crown, and thanks to it, she received a lot of strength.

Parallels aside, Taemin and Seulgi have collaborated before in "Heart Stop," a song in the legendary "MOVE - The 2nd Album".
