Everyone has their comfort show or the show that they would like to watch repeatedly. A series that you never get tired of. You remember all the scenes and have become well-versed with the dialogues but will still be ready to rewatch it all over again.
Over the years, there have been many K-Dramas that fans fell in love with. These shows are the ones that most viewers like to go back to. Check out some of the top “most rewatched Kdramas.” (List is in no particular order.) Here we go!
Goblin (Guardian: The Lonely And Great God)
Starring Gong Yoo and Kim Go Eun in the lead, this fantasy drama has been one of the fan favorites. The show’s storyline is simple, but the romance, especially between the second leads, is worth rewatching. You can also never get enough of Goblin and Grim Reaper’s (Lee Dong Wook) constant bickering.
Descendants of the Sun
DOTS is a classic Kdrama that gained immense popularity overseas as well. Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo perfectly portrayed their characters of two duty-bound individuals who face countless barriers in their relationship.
Crash Landing on You
Like the previous two shows on this list, CLOY as well has strong main and supporting characters. Its storyline involving cross-border romance, the struggles that come along with it, and how it all shapes their bonds, makes a good watch for the viewers.
Reply 1988
For many fans, this one is the best of the ‘Reply’ series. Friendship, family relations, and the overall emotional drama in the show are the aspects that make it rewatch-worthy. It brings together an ensemble of a good cast.
Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
The show revolves around a young weightlifter Kim Bok Joo (Lee Sung Kyung). Her character and storyline are relatable. The way she dresses, deals with school, her relationship with family and friends, and on top of everything, her zeal to achieve her dreams, is all that we can relate to.
Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo
The time travel genre is explored in many Kdramas, but this one nailed it. It managed to hit right in the feels. Wang So and Hae Soo’s love caught up in palace politics and ultimately wounded by it has pained the fans too, but it has only left the desire to watch this drama’s scenes innumerable times.
Healer
It’s a well-balanced show with some intense action sequences and light-hearted romantic scenes. It is completely understandable if you keep coming back to Ji Chang Wook’s character of a dreamy anti-hero.
