On February 3 KST, MLD ENtertainment released an official statement regarding T1419's Sian, stating,

This is MLD Entertainment.

Our company artist T1419's Sian has received positive results for COVID-19.

Sian experienced symptoms of a cold on February 2 KST and underwent a PCR test. On February 3 KST, he received his positive results.

Sian has completed his 2nd dose of vaccination and is currently receiving treatment following his quarantine. He has cancelled all upcoming schedules and is taking measures according to the quarantine guidelines.
