Actor Kim Soo Hyun will be produced as a 3D digital human.

On December 21 KST, entertainment company Gold Medalist announced their plans to promote their business of Kim Soo Hyun's digital human with the digital content development company, EVR Studio.

Digital humans are virtual human beings that are implemented in 3D, and can have the appearance and facial expressions of real people. By producing actor Kim Soo Hyun as a digital human, the first step in preemptively preparing for the next-generation media market will be taken, and it will likely be used in various industries such as entertainment, metabuses, films, and advertisements in the future. 

In particular, unlike the currently existing digital humans that do not change their appearance, Kim Soo Hyun's digital human plans to be produced by different age groups. Utilizing the hyperrealistic digital expression technology of EVR Studio, Kim Soo Hyun's digital human will reflect the physical changes that occur in real humans, such as in the skin, muscles, and voice.
