MBC's upcoming new girl group survival program 'My Teenage Girl' has unveiled its lineup of "homeroom teachers", who will be working closely with each of the contestants as role models, guides, and mentors!
Premiering this coming November 28, MBC's 'My Teenage Girl' is a girl group survival program in which 83 female trainees complete to earn a chance at debut. The show takes on the format of an after school extra-curricular activity, and the 83 contestants are divided into four grades (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) based on age.
Each grade will have one main "homeroom teacher". First, heading the program's homeroom teacher lineup is Fin.K.L member and legendary vocalist, Ock Joo Hyun. Next, a member representing the 2nd generation of K-Pop girl groups, Girls' Generation's Yuri, will be working with the contestants, also joined by a talented 4th generation leader, (G)I-DLE's Soyeon. Finally, world renowned choreographer and 'Street Woman Fighter' star Aiki will also be lending her expertise for the trainees of 'My Teenage Girl'.
