Following the release of the single 'Butter,' a BTS interview with American women's magazine Bustle was released on the 26th. In it, BTS talks about their musical journey, struggles, future aspirations, and more.
Member Jimin shared that ARMY's cheers always serve to buoy up and energize the group during their performances on stage. The star added that this is what often makes him want to give even better performances, which fans are sure to look forward to once the pandemic is under control.
Despite the setbacks brought about by the pandemic, like the cancellation of their Map of the soul 7 world tour, the group has been holding virtual appearances and concerts to stay in touch with fans. In line with that, Jimin teased that he has been using his free time doing many tryouts lately. This was a hint at the possibility of his own solo music in the future, something that fans are highly anticipating.
BTS is known for their precise and perfect choreography, and the main dancer Park Jimin had this to say about how he felt their choreography informs their music:
"Choreography is another way of expressing music. You can get chills through the musical experience of course, but I think a good performance can give you a different kind of breathtaking experience as well. Coordinating with our members for our performances has brought great synergy to our group. And I also think that it has helped us effectively deliver our emotions and feelings to our audience."
Jimin is indeed a captivating and charismatic performer with a great passion for his craft. Thus it pleased fans when he also shared a little of his music taste when he said that he loves listening to music one would listen to when in a quiet place.
Finally, he disclosed that his ultimate goals for the rest of the year included meeting the fans in person and that he will be preparing for that day as well as staying fit!
Jimin is admirable, he has an incredible talent.
