The fans' love and enthusiasm for his photos were also highlighted in the sales as his photo book skyrocketed to the best-sellers list worldwide.
Earlier this week, Dicon by Dispatch released unboxing videos of the individual editions by different personalities from the entertainment industry. Critically acclaimed actor ChoiWoo-Sik, who is popularly known for his roles in the movies “Set Me Free” and the oscar-winning “Parasite” was chosen for V’s edition of the unboxing video.
To those unversed, Woo-Sik and V are best of friends in real life who often share their love and support for each other’s projects on social media along with snippets of their fun hangouts. Their adorable friendship was beautifully highlighted throughout this video as well. One of the most talked-about moments was how Woo-Sik struggled at addressing V by his stage name and ending up calling him “Taehyung-ie” now and then. His surprise at seeing pictures of V’s pet “Yeontan” was also a fan-favorite moment.
Woo-Sik ended the video by showing his favorite photo of V and said: “So this was V’s real-life friend actor Woo- Sik’s review video. Everyone, this is Taehyung’s D’icon edition filled with his various charms.”
After the video was released, fans took to Twitter to gush about the beautiful friendship shared by the two stars. Many noted that Woo-Sik repeatedly calling V ‘cute’ was incredibly sweet and they also expressed their adoration for the “Wooga Squad.”
The video was even trending on YouTube Korea and still trending. Wooga friendship is very cute and precious. Happy birthday to BTS V in advance
