The reason for the expectation is that the K-chart counting method is [65% of digital Sources + 5% of physical sales + 20% of broadcast performance + 10% of viewer preference surveys] as announced in Music Bank homepage.

KBS is a public broadcasting service that has been known for its fairness and transparency in its counting method, so the fans cheered for Kim Jaejoong's album in their own way.

But when the results came out, the album wasn't even in the TOP50.
