Singer Suran expressed appreciation on the love and support. 

On the April 16 airing of MBC Every1's 'Video Star,' Suran belatedly revealed she has lost a breast from breast cancer. Following the revelation, Suran received many supportive messages from fans. She thanked them via Instagram on April 18, stating, 

"I'm surprised so many are giving me support. Thank you. I'm grateful I had the opportunity to talk about this. I'm encouraged by your support and gained even greater confidence!!"

She continued, "Lately, I've been practicing how to live a sincere life. I'm happy and proud of creating my music and life step by step even though I may be lacking. The confession has become indifferent to me but I'm amazed and touched at how my confession has become courage and encouragement to others."

Suran lastly said, "I will become singer Suran who marches through the future with even more brightness."
