On the April 28 airing of Olive's 'Everyone's Kitchen,' Kim Chung Ha opened up about her past hardships.
Kwanghee asked Kim Chung Ha, "What was the hardest part during your trainee days?" Kim Chung Ha replied, "False hope." She explained, "I thought to myself, 'I might be able to debut faster if I do good in this monthly evaluation' but the same routine repeated again and again. I didn't know when I would get cut and it was tough feeling the anxiety."
Kim Chung Ha shared she turned to her friends in times of hardship. She then said, "I'm still very close with IOI members. I even met them yesterday."
I don’t think there’s a kpop idol out there that’s more of a born Star like Chungha. She honestly has the full package: looks, dance, vocals, personality. It’s hard to think that she ever struggled to make it! I’m so happy she became a success
