Hongki talked to his fans about his surprising invite to 'I Live Alone'.
On April 20, the F.T. Island member posted to Instagram, "Puhahahaha. You were surprised, right? Because I suddenly appeared as a guest. I was surprised when I received an invitation as well. It was so fascinating and fun. #i live alone #rainbow crew #just a guest." 'I Live Alone' cast member Lee Si Uhn also responded, "Thank you, Hongki."
Hongki previously appeared on the show to help Lee Si Uhn with his vocals before the actor's fan meeting in Japan.

We all know what band Jonghun was a part of. Hongki, so far as we are aware, had nothing to do with the chatrooms and even responded in the negative to a fan who begged him to not give up on Jonghun.
This is actually quite nice for Hongki - a completely UNRELATED appearance on a fun reality.
Let's try to separate Jonghun and his former bandmates' names as far as possible.
