Refuse divorce is a strange concept to me. He's with someone else now and there's no love anymore. So what do you get for refusing divorce. It should be divorce right away. Sucks to be him too stuck with woman he doesn't like anymore for another 3 years on paper. While he's probably just out somewhere else. Such a waste of time going through seperation because divorce paper not accepted or wife refuse to sign. LoL

I'll say this to his ex-wife : ' You did the right thing! He is not worthy of you!. Period.

She probably knows there is no more love, but the thought of betrayal from her ex-husband must have fuelled her. No first wives like the notion of being robbed of their dignity & status after all the years they put into their marriages. It will be very difficult , but I would still encourage her to give up on this irresponsible man, thats why I said 'He is not worthy of you'.

To whoever downvoted me earlier, let me ask if you have been through this yourself bc I have seen how devastated my mum was as the cheated first wife.
