The details on the allegations against Yoochun's ex-fiancee Hwang Hanahave been revealed.

As Hwang Hana is the granddaughter of Namyang Dairy Products' founder, the company released a statement earlier today explaining it has no business relations to her. The drug-related accusations against Hwang Hana and allegations she received favorable treatment by police have now been reported by MBC's 'News Desk' on April 2. 

'News Desk' revealed footage of Hwang Hana from 2015, and it's speculated from her speech and dazed actions that she was likely on drugs. An acquaintance alleged they saw Hwang Ha Na taking a drug using a syringe, which is suspected to be Philopon, on multiple occasions at hotels and at friends' homes. She's also known as a frequent-goer of the club 'Burning Sun', which Seungri previously endorsed, and a close friend of club marketer Cho, who has a criminal history of drug use.

The Gyeonggi Southern Provincial Police Agency has been investigating Hwang Hana's case, but the prosecution is reported to have dismissed requests for search and seizure as well as analysis of her hair to test for drug use. Questions also arose when Hwang Hana posted to social media saying she would cut her hair only to delete it later. She's also denied requests by police for questioning, adding speculation of favorable treatment for her chaebol family connections.

In 2011, Hwang Hana was caught using marijuana and received a stay of an indictment. Though she was accused of drug use and selling 0.5 grams of Philopon to a college student in 2015, she was acquitted despite her previous case. It's reported she was open about her connection to high-ranking police officers, telling friends, "The chief prosecutor at the Central District Prosecutor's Office? My uncle and my dad know everyone, including the police chief. Are you joking? They're best friends." She further claimed to know the police chief of Namdaemun Police Station, but he's come out to say, "I don't know who Hwang Ha Na is, and I don't know anyone at Namyang Dairy Products." 

It's also been reported the Seoul Intellectual Crime Investigation Team has started an internal investigation on April 2 due to the drug-related allegations and suspicions of favorable treatment of Hwang Hana by police.
