According to MBC's 'Newsdesk,' Seungri encouraged Jung Joon Young, former F.T. Island member Jonghun, and other members of the controversial group chat to get new cell phones.
'Newsdesk' reported Seungri's last message in the chatroom was, "We're in trouble. Change your phones."
Jung Joon Young changed his phone before returning to South Korea from the United States. Seungri and 6 other members of the chatroom also turned in new cell phones to the police.
'Newsdesk' reported the police investigation is centered around old data from 2015 and 2016, instead of recent data due to their attempt to destroy evidence.
It's also been revealed there were a total of 14 members in the chatroom, and 8 of those 14 are reported to be singers.
So we went from:
i'm not even a ceo -> the chats are not real -> the investigation will reveal if the chats are real -> revealed to be a ceo
everything was a typo -> those girls were shopping buddies for my female friend -> the female friend in question denies that
i was trying to make jjy stop filming and sharing -> admitted to sharing a secretly taken photo -> was the one who told everyone to get rid of the evidence
To this.
And that's not even everything. If you're still shielding even this, you're literally brain dead and a total waste of oxygen just like everyone in that chatroom
