Roy Kim is preparing to write his senior thesis paper, and he needs your help!

The popular singer-songwriter, who first came to fame through 'Superstar K4,' has been a Sociology student at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. since 2013, and is currently compiling research on K-Pop's effect on the global perception of South Korea from people all around the world - fans and non-fans alike.

On February 24 local time, he took to his personal Twitter account to share a link to his research survey, stating: "Dear everyone from all around the world. I need your help for my senior thesis! Please click the link below to fill out an online survey, and your responses will be much valued and appreciated. You'll be a part of my graduating adventure!"

Since the survey was published, nearly 5,000 fans have retweeted it, many of them leaving encouraging words for the singer as he continues to work on his thesis.
