Super Junior's Leeteuk comes down with enteritis in Chile, sits out day 1 of 'SMTOWN Special Stage in Santiago'

Super Junior's Leeteuk has come down with enteritis in Santiago, Chile. 

On January 18, Label SJ notified fans with the following:

"Hello, this is Label SJ.
Lee Teuk was diagnosed with enteritis today in Santiago, and wasn’t able to go on stage at ‘SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE 2019 in SANTIAGO.’ After being treated at the hospital, he went to the venue, but his condition didn’t improve. He’s currently resting and recuperating, and we will decide whether he will perform tomorrow depending on his condition.

Thank you so much for understanding."

The first ever 'SMTOWN' live show in Chile is taking place from January 18-19 at the Estadio Nacional, featuring BoA, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, EXO, and more. Get well soon, Leeteuk!

I hope Teuk gets better soon and gets a lot of rest. I hope he can perform for 2nd stage after SuJu had a good first day, shows aren’t the same without him.

Still waiting for SMTOWN to come back to the United Stated. After 2011 they stopped n;. I also miss the Christmas special albums :c.
