Han Hye Jin answered why she doesn't post on Instagram anymore.
On January 3, Han Hye Jin appeared on MBC FM4U's 'Noon Discovery' as the special DJ. At the beginning of the radio show, Han Hye Jin revealed, "I forgot my social media password. It's the second time since I've got on social media. I have basically given up now."
She added, "I feel more comfortable not doing it. I don't have to share my story and I don't have to see other's stories either. My tiredness went down after I got off social media. I feel lighter. I recommend the 'SNS diet.'"

Totally understandable. I feel like many people think they need to prove something to other people through social media. So many things you see online are fake anyway, but often, people still end up comparing themselves to others, which isn't healthy, because most of the time, it leads to thinking other people have it so much better than you and that they have no problems at all, even tho that definitely isn't the case. Social media can be like a mask. You can make things up and also choose what people get to see and what they don't get to see. If you don't have to prove something to others and don't compare your own story to theirs anymore, then obviously you will feel better, because it's a burden that is gone.
