Actor Do Ji Han has written a short but sweet message to fans ahead of his military enlistment.

On December 23, the actor shared an intimate selfie of himself on Instagram. In the image, he is wearing a hat covering up his freshly buzzed soldier hairstyle, captioned: "The obligation of national defense! I will leave and return healthfully."

The actor plans to quietly enlist on December 24, where he will go through five weeks of basic training before receiving his military assignment.

Do Ji Han made his debut in 2009 through the KBS drama 'The Queen Returns' before moving on to appear in popular dramas like 'Hwarang' and 'Lovers In Bloom.' He most recently appeared in a minor role in tvN drama '100 Days My Prince.'
