As label mates in SM Entertainment, Kangta and Yesung discussed Super Junior's most popular songs released from their careers so far. Yesung naturally mentioned the 2009 mega-hit "Sorry Sorry", and Kangta almost immediately reacted to the song.
"I remember I was in the military when the song came out. What was unbelievable about it was that all the men in the army listened to the song at least twice a day. I'm telling you, this never, ever, happens. Because the military base only listens to girl group songs, 'Sorry Sorry' was literally the only exception," relayed Kangta.
In discussion, Yesung also mentioned the viral video of the Cebu inmates' dance cover of "Sorry Sorry" in the Philippines. "That was such a crazy experience. After those viral videos, we were able to go to France for more concerts, and so forth." Yesung felt grateful for those moments, as he talked about Super Junior's growth starting from that period.
