Sowon to be absent from G-Friend promotions due to her father's passing

Sowon will be temporarily absent from G-Friend promotions due to her father's passing.

On June 22, Source Music announced, "G-Friend member Sowon's father passed away after suffering an illness on Friday. Sowon is currently sharing her sadness with her family and close friends. The quiet funeral will be reserved for family and friends. We ask that you let the family mourn the deceased."

The agency continued, "Following this, Sowon will not be able to attend G-Friend's scheduled events for now."
