The June 22 airing of Mnet's audition program featured an interview with the host Lee Seung Gi. He stated, "The pressure is huge. I can tell there is a lot of attention." He mentioned the former host, and said, "BoA must've had a hard time last season with all this responsibility. She was encouraging me so much."
Lee Seung Gi also shared thoughts on the contestants. He said, "I think there's definitely a difference in skill level." However, "What's important is how they will be after debuting."
