On this day, one of the participating singers Kim Jong Kook said, "Truthfully, I haven't promoted as a singer in a long time. This year, I'm greedy about returning solo for sure." He continued, "That's why I feel that 'The Call' will be a stepping stone [for it]. First, I wanted to show the public my singing, so I decided to appear on the show."
'The Call' is a program by the creators of 'I Can See Your Voice', and goes by the theme of a 'music romance'. MC'ed by Yoo Se Yoon and Lee Sang Min, various musicians appear on the show each week and send love calls to artists they want to collaborate with. For the premiere episode, singers Kim Jong Kook, Kim Bum Soo, Shin Seung Hoon, and Wheesung are the musicians to send out their love calls.
'The Call' premieres on May 4 at 8:10 PM KST, so make sure to tune in!
