On May 1 KST, Han Ye Seul shared a selfie and explained why she deleted the posts showing the shocking results of her botched surgery. 

She stated, "I'm going to take down the wound photos now. It's difficult to face them every time (I'm online)."

Meanwhile, CHA Hospital and the doctor responsible for the medical malpractice apologized for their mistake and promised they will try their best minimize the scar.
