The post of one male VIP who was assigned to the same infantry division, the 3rd Infantry Division (or 'White Skull') recruit training center in Gangwon-do, went viral on online communities as Big Bang's leader G-Dragon recently headed in for his enlistment.
He said, "I was a fan since I was in elementary school, I'm an official fanclub member, and I've been to every single concert since I turned 20 years old in 2017. Of course I went to all shows. I took a pic of each of the concert tickets I have keke. I enlist with the 'Last Dance' concert as my last concert..."
The fan continued, "At first when I got the notification message I was devastated, then I saw news that G-Dragon was enlisting in the 'White Skull' division, and I was just like wow he's finally enlisting. And then it was the night before my enlistment and I couldn't sleep so I was just looking stuff up online, and it turns out my 3rd Infantry Division is the 'White Skull' division kekeke. F***ing crazy kekekekeke."
He wrapped up by boasting that G-Dragon's absence from the entertainment industry will be at the exact time as his own leave of absence from his fanboy-ing, that he was nervous about his enlistment, and that he simply wrote the post because he couldn't sleep.
