According to the official statement, "Banana Culture has never gifted T-ara members a luxury car nor did the agency provide a sum of 9 billion KRW ($8.4 Million) towards MBK Entertainment."
"Because of such false reports, our company is facing a major loss and is looking to take legal action."

Prior to this, T-ara members posted on their social media pages sharing their thoughts on this issue.
The message read, "Hello, this is T-ara members Qri, Hyomin, Eunjung, and Jiyeon. We currently do not have an agency to represent our team so we decided to speak up on our end. "
"In order to find out if the reports about us receiving supercars as gifts and 9 billion KRW ($8.4 Million) were true, we personally contacted Wang Sicong (Banana Culture) via Weibo, only to found out such news was fabricated."
"We hope that staff members and agency employees who worked diligently with us for a long time will not be negatively impacted by such false claims. The four of us as 'T-ara' hope to greet everyone and may this issue be resolved once and for all. This has been T-ara's official statement. Thank you for taking the time to read this long post."
Meanwhile, T-ara recently ended their contracts with MBK Entertainment as of December 2017.
