The results show that actor Song Joong Kigained the most votes (17.9%). His wife Song Hye Kyo also ranked 3rd place (9.5%). The celebrity couple's marriage is assumed to have played abig role in winning the votes. Meanwhile, last year, Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo also placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively, due to the immense success of their drama 'Descendants of the Sun'.

In between the couple in 2nd place is Gong Yoo (10.1%). Due to the success of tvNdrama 'Goblin' in 2016, Gong Yoo saw a major boost in popularity and established himself to be one of the top actors in Korea.
In 4th place isPark Bo Gum (8.3%). The actor has not been part of a new production since 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds' in 2016, however, he has been continuously gaining much love for his appearance on various CFs and more.
The5th and 6th place went to Lee Jong Suk (7.0%) and Suzy(4.3%), respectively, who worked together for SBSdrama 'While You Were Sleeping'. Actress Kim Hee Sun (4.2%) from JTBC drama 'Woman with Dignity' placed 7th. Then veteran actor Lee Soon Jae (3.2%) of 'Money Flower' and late Kim Joo Hyuk (3.2%) of 'Argon' both tied for 8th place. In 10th place were veteran actress Go Do Shim (3.1%) and Kim Hae Sook(3.1%).
