Under the 'Top 10 most tweeted-about music artists in the U.S.', BTS overcame popular Western artists such as Nicki Minaj, Harry Styles, Ariana Grande, Chance the Rapper, Justin Bieber, and more, and took the #1 spot.

The success of their latest album 'Love Yourself: Her' with the title track "DNA", the boy group's attendance to 'Billboard Music Awards', and 'American Music Awards', and guest appearances on various American talk shows seemed to have played significant roles in their worldwide recognition. The boy group also placed #1 on most-tweeted keywords in Korea in the music category. K-pop was also well represented on this list as Seventeen took second place and MONSTA X took ninth place.
