SEE ALSO: Nada, Dain, and Jinju reported to have terminated contracts with Mafia Records
On August 11, the Seoul Central District Court proceeded with the investigation of the civil lawsuit between the three artists versus Mafia Records. Back in June, the company appealed against the ruling in which suggested that the three former members were entitled to a record of accounts as the company failed to pay them while working under the label.
It's been reported that much like the prior meetings with between the parties, the issue of settlement/payment came up again. An insider stated, "Mafia Records continues to voice that there are no problems regarding the settlement issue and cannot acknowledge Nada's allegations as the settlement/payment has been completed. Of course, Nada is denying the assertion."
Meanwhile, Mafia Records is also planning to appeal against the court's early decision in dismissing the appeals again Nada, Jinju, and Dain.
Stay tuned for more information.
