On June 5, the CEO of Brand New Music, Rhymer Kim, made the announcement on his social media account to inform the public about the agency's plans to take strict legal action against malicious commenters.

Rhymer Kim first thanked the fans for giving great love, attention, and support for Brand New Music trainees - Park Woo Jin, Lee Dae Hwi, Kim Dong Hyun, and Lim Young Min - who're currently participating in the competition program. 

He then stated, "We believe the degree of the baseless malicious posts, the spread of false information, sexual insults, and other acts that defame character have become too severe for our young trainees to bear. We are here to clearly announce that we will be taking strict legal action with no agreements permitted." 

Lastly, Rhymer Kim emphasized that Brand New Music will continue to do their best to protect their artists.
