The label told media outlets, "Soyul will be leaving the group, and Ellin, Gummi, Way, and ChoA will be continuing Crayon Pop promotions. We will resume with event and album preparation schedules as planned."
It was also revealed, "The members will not be renewing their contracts. They simply decided to come to an agreement for the time being in order to carry out their promotions."
It seems it will be impossible for Soyul, who welcomed a baby girl with husband Moon Hee Jun into their family this past May 12, to continue as a girl group member.
