So Ji Sub's agency 51K revealed to Xports News, "Although it is true he did receive an offer to star in 'Now I Will Meet You', it has not been confirmed. The project is currently being looked into."
Son Ye Jin's agency also commented, "She is in the discussion process for the role, however, nothing has been firmly decided yet."
Meanwhile, 'Now I Will Meet You' is based on the Japanese novel 'Be With You' written by Takuji Ichikawa and was also adapted into a Japanese film in 2004. If both stars decide to work together, it will mark sixteen years since So Ji Sub and Son Ye Jin last appeared in MBC drama 'A Delicious Proposal' in 2001.
