According to Shinhwa's label Shinhwa Company on February 21, member Dongwan has suffered from a knee injury. 

He will still be performing during Shinhwa's ongoing domestic '2017 SHINHWA LIVE UNCHANGING TOUR', but will not be able to dance with the other members, it seems.

Shinhwa Company's announcement is as follows: 

"Hello, This is SHINWA COMPANY.
We are sorry to announce SHINHWA member Kim Dongwan's injury news to all the fans who are giving so much love and support to [2017 SHINHWA LIVE UNCHANGING TOUR].
A few days ago, Kim Dongwan got injured by falling in a wet road. Through an examination from the hospital, he has been diagnosed with ligament damage and received a cast on his knee. 
Because of his injury, we will minimize his stage for his fast recovery in this week's [2017 SHINHWA LIVE UNCHANGING TOUR IN DAEGU] concert. However, we promise to make the best stage for the fans who are coming to the Daegu concert for the first tim in 14 years. We hope you all understand and keep supporting us. 
SHINHWA COMPANY will do our best to help Dongwan for his fast recovery and comeback to the stage, so that he can meet the fans in his best condition. Thank you."
