Eric and Seo Hyun Jin's passionate kiss scene from 'Oh Hye Young Again' got 19.5% of the votes and won first place. Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki's 'Descendants of the Sun' received 18.8%, placing them second. Following them, Gong Hyo Jin and Jo Jung Suk placed third place with 12.9% of the votes for the kiss scene in a locker room in 'Incarnation of Jealousy.' 

A kiss between Hyeri and Park Bo Gum from 'Reply 1988' placed fourth with 12.8% of the votes, and Park Bo Gum placed again for his kiss with Kim Yoo Jung in 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds.' Kim Rae Won and Park Shin Hye's 'Doctors' kiss followed by 7.3% of netizen choosing them as the most romantic.
