LOL okay maybe not. The photo below of Super Junior's Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, and Kyuhyun circled around an adorable Shiba Inu was shared on Leeteuk's Instagram account recently, with the hashtags, "#We Are #A 5-member Group #The Shiba Inu and kids.."
Fans, upon seeing the post, pointed out that Super Junior currently has so few members left, they're resorting to adding a new, canine member to the group! We all know that Super Junior is originally a whopping 13-member group, but more than half of the remaining members are currently carrying out their mandatory military service duties! Which means the group only has it's oldest members Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, and Kangin, who came back from the army after enlisting first, and maknae Kyuhyun, who will be leaving for his active duties next year! Member Kangin is also currently taking a break from promoting after his DUI case this year, which means Super Junior is down to 4 members right now!
The fans don't seem too downcast by Super Junior's reduced size, though. They commented, "Kekekeke the only people left are Suju's elderly line and maknae... where did the middle go TT Is the government collecting idols right now or what kekeke", "In the meantime they all look so handsome", "I feel like I'm aging in their place... I'm the only one getting old...", and more!
There's a 2nd laugh to be had from Leeteuk's post, where Heechul comments on Leeteuk's photo by saying, "Hey aren't you supposed to cover the Shiba's penis for him", and Leeteuk replies back with, "I... I... I didn't realize..."
Good news is, Super Junior's Sungmin and Shindong will be returning this December!
