Both beauties were seen wearing the same white, heart-button crop shirt of the 'Heart Club 16S/S' collection by 'mixxmix' and looking marvelous. Channeling that sweet, schoolgirl style, TWICE's Chaeyoung and Oh My Girl's Binnie look adorable and draw attention to their charming faces.
Chaeyoung's neck-length auburn hair shines wonderfully alongside the all-white top. Her cherry red lips go hand-in-hand with the colorful heart buttons on her blouse. Her pale but minimalist makeup adds balance to the outfit with nothing else being too distracting or aspects overpowering one another.
However, Chaeyoung's denim shorts are cut at an awkward length and isn't as flattering for this gentle blouse. It manages to bring attention to her short frame despite her wearing those chunky black heels - which aren't that pretty either.
Oh My Girl's Binnie tells a much different story. Binnie dresses the outfit wonderfully with a nice, tight, pinstriped skirt. The skirt meets right at the borderline of where her blouse is cropped, making it reserved with a touch of skin. Her black-and-cream-colored handbag completes the look and makes her look charming and sophisticated.
Her all-black, shoulder-length hair is pretty but doesn't stand out against the shirt in comparison to Chaeyoung. Binnie does go down a similar route by donning natural makeup with minimal colors, such as a rosy shade of lipstick, that set the tone of this look. Chaeyoung's color palette is more uniformed and balanced, but Binnie's lip tint color is just right as it blends in well without overpowering the heart buttons.
The simple design match-ups and added makeup boost Binnie and this outfit all the way to the top, earning her the crown for this round of Who Wore It Better. Who do you think wore the blouse best? Let us know!
