Lee Bo Young in talks for remake of Japanese drama 'Mother'

Might Lee Bo Young take on a parenting role with an interesting twist in a new drama?


On October 26, actress Lee Bo Young's agency, FlyUp Entertainment, stated, "Lee Bo Young received an offer to appear in 'Mother' and is positively reviewing it.  Lee Bo Young is not yet confirmed to appear in 'Mother.'"

The drama will be a remake of the Japanese one of the same name which aired via NTV back in 2010.  It centers on a woman who kidnaps an abused girl to raise the child herself. tvN plans to air the drama in the middle of 2017.
